it's one week after our second wedding reception in Toronto. and nearly two months after our wedding day and reception in Seattle. We have finally made it through the entire wedding season having survived the planning phase with anticipation, execution of details in sheer exhaustion, and post-mortem of processing photos and thank you cards with my very last ounces of energy. And now. I collapse into a state of hibernation to recover from all things wedding. Now, we can simply enjoy being married knowing that we have passed through the trials and tests that planning a wedding can bring to a new couple. "The Project" is completed. Closed. Done. We have made it. We can move on. We sing praises to God for having carried us through!!!
Thank you everyone for celebrating with us! We're completely absolutely married. We thought that marriage would be hard and difficult and no doubt, it is! But it is also full of joy and love and grace. Thank you, Jesus, for that!
