peppermint hot chocolate

this week has been spent mostly in coffeeshops. ok fine. tully's. ok ok fine. starbucks. alright already! i spend a lot of time at starbucks/tully's. it's been a sort of bad habit although when i go, it's not just to get a fast coffee and leave (i don't think i'm addicted ... yet). rather it's where i go for times of solitude and quiet reflection. however, this week, instead of being alone, i've been meeting up with people for some conversation. because i've been sick, i've decided to refrain from the usual coffee. i find when we deviate from then norms of the day, weeks and months, that's when we discover new delightful things (and sometimes its the opposite and we discover not so delightful things) however, this week, i was at starbucks and i ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. this was indeed a delightful surprise!! it was like liquid After Eight. i really like mint chocolate - why did i not think to try this before!! for those who have not tried... i recommend... yum!
