the blood bus comes to campus every couple of months and today I went and gave blood. it was my very first time. i was really nervous at first and i got all shakey and cold and my heart was beating like crazy - maybe that helps to pump the blood faster? anyway, it was a nice day outside and they have nice photos of Greece posted on the ceiling of the bus so it was an ok experience overall. i even looked at the iv tube of blood coming out of my arm and didn't experience wooziness. i saw the bag afterwards and thought it was huge.
at the end, i got cookies and juice.
