today i took 3 hours of my afternoon to participate in a stamp camp. a friend of mine has a coworker who holds these stamp camps once a month. she supplies all the paper and the tools necessary to create these pretty cards. it was my first time doing this - and reminds me of how my sister was originally thinking of making her own wedding invitations with stamps. i thought that the labour required to put together her invitations, menus, and programs was bad enough but i think making them with stamps would have been worse. what happens if you smudge? what happens if it isn't perfectly lined up? anyway, that's all in the past. here are my projects:
