an indecisive homeowner
i got the keys to my condo this afternoon and made my first trip to home depot. i made a list before i went so i would know what i needed to pick up. there were only two items on this list : a new lock for the front door, a programmable electronic thermostat. i spent over an hour at home depot. i couldn't decide which lock or thermostat i wanted. i'm going to be horrible when it comes to picking out tiles...

Address change... good idea, as I'm moving soon too. But I'm no homeowner yet =)
Make sure to get a thermostat that allows you quite a bit of control, at the very least day by day programming!
