welcome 2007!!! my flight out to seattle is tomorrow and i've gotta say that i'm looking forward to it. my time in toronto has been a little hectic. i was happy to have the opportunity again to meet with so many people and to spend some real quality time with my family. i am truly blessed to have such a community of friends here who still care about me and want to know what's going on in my life :) i am ready however, to head back to seattle where life is calm and everything can go back to 'normal'! new adventures await this year, i can't wait ;)
a few (typical) new years resolutions:
- to continue to grow and mature in my walk with God - through the regular and daily study of the bible - slowly making my way through the old testament (there's SO much in there!!!!) and hopefully through mentorship via some ladies in my church - just to name a few.
- to learn more about investing and how to make the best use of the gifts that God has given me
- lose a few pounds - all that christmas holiday eating has really be bad for me - time to hit the gym
- to do something different and creative - any ideas???? i want to do something challenging - something i'd never think i could do.

BOTH! i want to learn how to invest so that i can make the most of the worldly gifts i've been given. i also want to learn how to invest in my spiritual gifts.
